About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer with strong expertise in Python, Django, JavaScript, and modern database systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing dynamic web applications, integrating APIs, and implementing cloud-based & AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python, Django, and related frameworks.
  • Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
  • Design, manage, and optimize databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
  • Develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless system communication.
  • Use Pandas for data processing, analytics, and application enhancements.
  • Apply OOP principles to deliver clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams to implement intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Work with AWS (including S3) to deploy and manage cloud-based applications.
  • Integrate intelligent/automated workflows using AI and GPT-based solutions.
  • Implement and manage efficient search functionality using Elasticsearch.
  • Use GitHub for version control, code reviews, and repository management.
  • Prepare project-related documentation using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Work with SharePoint to manage documents and enterprise workflows.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong programming experience with Python & Django.
  • Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap.
  • Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
  • Knowledge of RESTful API development & integrations.
  • Understanding of OOP concepts and software design principles.
  • Experience with Pandas for data manipulation.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design concepts.
  • Experience working with cloud services like AWS (S3 preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of Elasticsearch.
  • Experience integrating AI & GPT-based functionalities is a plus.
  • Proficient with GitHub for version control.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience with Agile development methodology.
  • Knowledge of additional web frameworks or frontend libraries is a plus.
