Reporting to the Maintenance Scheduling Lead, this role will be based in Chevron's office in Bengaluru.Chevron ENGINE supports global operations, and work hours are aligned to business needs. Standard working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday. These may evolve based on operational or business requirements.Key responsibilitiesThe Maintenance Scheduler is a team member of the Maintenance and Turnaround organization within the Chevron ENGINE Center and develops Maintenance Execution Schedules to Chevron's Shale and Tight assets (S&T). The Maintenance Scheduler will collaborate across multiple levels of the organization, and with multi-disciplined teams from Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Reliability disciplines. This position will develop detailed schedules to execute routine and technical project work. Responsibilities will include integrating Routine Maintenance planning activities with technical project planning activities.Activities consolidated by craft, area, equipment, availabilitySchedule is 'Resource-levelled', (resource work demands are balanced against resource availability) to produce a viable schedule for the periodAll potential Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS) are identified and optimized.Working within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and other digital systems supporting maintenance activities. Prioritizing the most efficient use of resources and equipmentUnderstanding access requirements for equipmentLiaising with Operations and Maintenance Coordinators, Specialists and VendorsLiaising with support functions such as logistics and materialsUnderstand resource levels across regions and ability to execute workUnderstand Equipment constraints across regions and how it affects ability to execute workUnderstand Current Production constraints affecting maintenance executionAbout youWe know our greatest resource is the ingenuity, creativity and innovation of our people. Applications from motivated, talented individuals with a keen interest in the energy industry are encouraged.To be considered for this role, applicants should have:Degree in relevant Engineering or Maintenance Discipline &/or Experienced trade backgroundPrior Maintenance Scheduling experience in oil/gas facilities5+ years of field experience supporting the scheduling and execution of maintenance activities for onshore oil and gas assetsDemonstrated knowledge and experience with non-turnaround maintenance work prioritization, scheduling, executing, and closing out maintenance work.Understands sequencing of tasks associated with maintenance of a S&T facility equipment including pressure vessels, piping, excavations, tanks, etcFamiliar with management systems and tools (such as SAP, CMMS, IMPACT, Primavera, MS Project, or similar)What we can offer youEverything we do at Chevron is guided by our values and our commitment to The Chevron Way .
