Position Title: Senior IT RecruiterExperience Required: 10+ YearsLocation: Kanpur, U.P.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior IT Recruiter to join our team, specializing in working within the RPO model. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT recruitment, strong client relationship management skills, and the ability to deliver quality talent solutions efficiently. This role demands expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT professionals while ensuring seamless collaboration with clients and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end IT recruitment process within an RPO model, from requisition intake to onboarding.Partner closely with clients to understand their business, culture, and specific hiring needs.Source, screen, and engage highly skilled IT professionals using various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.Conduct detailed candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for their talent acquisition needs.Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to provide market insights and strategic hiring solutions.Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies, procedures, and legal requirements.Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, ensuring timely and quality delivery against SLAs and KPIs.Stay updated on industry trends, talent market shifts, and emerging technologies to refine sourcing strategies.Qualifications and SkillsExperience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT recruitment, including 5+ years within an RPO or similar model.In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.Proven expertise in sourcing and engaging passive candidates using advanced techniques.Strong relationship management and client-facing skills.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed).Ability to manage high-volume recruitment projects with competing priorities.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs in an RPO setup.Preferred QualificationsExperience in global IT recruitment and working with multinational clients.Familiarity with recruitment analytics tools and reporting dashboards.Knowledge of employer branding and talent marketing strategies.What We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefits package.Opportunity to work with leading clients and cutting-edge technologies.Professional growth and development in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Access to advanced recruitment tools and resources.Employment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $ 7,499.00 Per Year
