Job Description: Job Title: Senior US IT Recruiter Shift Timings: Night Shift Location: Noida, Work from Office Experience Required: 2 - 6 Years Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and self-motivatedUS IT Recruiter / Sr. IT Recruiterto join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in theUS Staffing Industry , with strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for various clients across the US market. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting suitable candidates. Work onFull Time / W2 / 1099 / C2Chiring models as per client requirements. Source candidates using job portals such asMonster, Dice, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, LinkedIn, ComputerJobs, Yahoo HotJobs,andATS tools . Negotiate salary, rate, and contract terms with candidates and vendors. Maintain and update candidate and client databases on a regular basis. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Build strong professional relationships with consultants and clients. Stay updated with US market trends, technologies, and visa regulations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum2+ years of experienceas aUS IT Recruiterin theUS Staffing Industry . Strong understanding ofUS Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099)andUS Work Visas (H1B, GC, OPT, TN, etc.) . Previous professional experience collaborating withsystem integrator (SI)clients. Proficiency in using leading job boards and ATS tools ( Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, TechFetch , etc.). Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills . Strongtechnical understandingof various IT skills and job roles. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
