Staff Engineer .NET Lead

Key Responsibilities:Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.Develop and modernize web applications using .NET Core, C#, React.js, and GraphQL.Architect and transform monolithic systems into microservices.Utilize Azure services for deployment, infrastructure management, and scalability.Implement and manage Azure DevOps (CI/CD) pipelines.Lead code reviews, ensure best practices, and maintain high code quality.Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to align tech solutions with business goals.Optimize application performance and resolve technical issues with root cause analysis.Maintain detailed technical documentation for systems, APIs, and architecture.Lead teams of 4-5 members (.NET Lead role).Required Skills & Qualifications:8+ years of hands-on development experience in .NET technologies (.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API).Proficiency in React.js or Angular.Strong understanding of GraphQL, including schema design and API development (preferred).Proven experience building and managing microservices.Solid experience with Azure cloud services.Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.Strong understanding of CI/CD practices using Azure pipelines.Familiarity with Git for version control.Exposure to Agile methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Must have experience in coding, algorithms, and modern software architecture.Educational Requirements:Full-time BE / B.Tech / MCA / B.Sc + MCA from a recognized institution.Employment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $ 3,000,000.00 4,500,000.00 Per Year
