As a Dot Net Lead, you will lead architectural decisions, create scalable applications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET applications using C# and ReactJS. Lead architectural design discussions, ensuring high-performance and scalable solutions. Collaborate with development teams to ensure the integration of front-end (ReactJS) with back-end (.NET Core/C#). Define and document technical specifications, architectural patterns, and design principles. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, maintainability, and security standards. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance. Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing applications for better performance and scalability. Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior developers. Qualifications: 5 +years of experience in software development and architecture, with strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, and ReactJS. Hands-on experience in building and deploying applications using modern web technologies. Solid understanding of design patterns, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus. Strong knowledge of version control systems like Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools like Docker. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
