Job Purpose-Overview:The Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Hydrofloty machines, including paint sludge separators and other environmental equipment. The role requires providing technical support, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring optimal performance of the equipment at client sites.2. Key Responsibilities- Install, commission, and test Automatic Paint Sludge Removal Systems (Hydrofloty), Solvent Recovery Systems, Centrifuges, Oil Separators, etc. at customer locations.- Perform routine preventive maintenance and resolve equipment malfunctions.- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.- Train customer personnel on equipment operation, safety, and maintenance procedures.- Provide technical support and after-sales service to clients.- Maintain accurate service records and generate service reports.- Coordinate with the design and production teams for feedback and continuous product improvement.- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during service activities.- Respond promptly to service calls and manage on-site repairs with minimal downtime.3. Required QualificationsEducation:Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical EngineeringExperience:Minimum 2 years' experience in servicing industrial machinery, preferably in environmental equipment.Certifications/Licenses:Knowledge of safety standards and environmental complianceSpecial Skills: - Experience with industrial filtration systems, paint shop systems or sludge management equipment.- Familiarity with PLC/SCADA systems for troubleshooting automated machinery. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical controls.- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.5. Working Conditions - Field-based role requiring regular travel.-On-site work in industrial environments.7.
