Job Description Summary State Street's Alpha Operations team is looking for an Officer in Alpha Data Operations team in India. Alpha Data Operations is the Global Data Management team supporting global clients within investment industry for daily support in the Production and CUAT environment. As Alpha Data Operations Officer you will Deliver Accurate and Timely DataEnsure all client data is delivered on schedule, with precision, and within agreed scope. Serve as a Process and Platform SMEAct as the subject matter expert for processes and platforms; perform root cause analysis of data issues and provide clear resolutions for queries and requests. Execute Operational Activities IndependentlyComplete tasks in compliance with established guidelines and procedures, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. Support Testing and Transition PhasesParticipate in internal and client testing prior to go-live, manage post-production transitions, and continuously improve live processes. Drive Product EnhancementsContribute insights and recommendations for Alpha Data product improvements and future requirements. Collaborate Across FunctionsWork closely with Implementation, Service Management, and IT teams to share best practices, resolve issues, and standardize global processes. Generic Key Responsibilities Migration Management Lead and execute migration projects from other global locations to APAC, ensuring minimal disruption and adherence to timelines. Develop and implement migration strategies, risk assessments, and contingency plans. Client Onboarding Oversee end-to-end onboarding of new clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless onboarding experiences. Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements for efficiency. Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Act as a key point of contact for escalations and status updates. Risk Management & Control Assurance Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks across processes. Ensure robust control frameworks are in place and regularly tested for compliance and audit readiness. Process Improvement & Governance Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Ensure adherence to governance standards and regulatory requirements.
