You'll collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues, maintain records, and help foster a safe, inclusive, and well-organized workplace Role responsibilities Support with day-to-day operations of the site. Coordinate and support organise site events, meetings, town halls, and wellbeing activities. Serve as the primary liaison for site-related inquiries Assist with site communications, including updates, signage, and engagement campaigns. Help report site performance data and maintain accurate records and documentation. Coordinate with crossfunctional teams such as Facilities, IT, HR, and Security for issue resolution. Assist in implementing workplace policies, health & safety procedures, and compliance measures. Provide administrative support for related site related expenses and budget Help foster a workplace culture that values positivity, inclusivity, and organization Key Skills & Experience Experience in site coordination, facilities, or operations support in a corporate setting. Optimally coordinates multiple tasks while maintaining structured workflows Skilled in clear communication and stakeholder collaboration High attention to detail and a proactive demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience working with teams and service providers. Soft Skills & Qualities Collaborative teammate with a strong sense of ownership.
