Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer with a strong emphasis on Generative AI to drive the development of cutting-edge applications. This position is perfect for a candidate passionate about advancing the capabilities of AI to generate new content, ideas, and solutions. You'll be at the forefront of creating and implementing algorithms that empower our systems to learn from data and produce novel outcomes in various formats, including text, images, and more

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain software applications using Java or Python, incorporating Generative AI models to create innovative features and solutions.
  • Work with diverse data types and formats to perform data handling and pre-processing tasks, including feature extraction and data preparation for use in Generative AI models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Generative AI capabilities into software projects, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
  • Apply software engineering best practices, including version control (e.g., Git), testing methodologies, modularity, and documentation, to maintain high-quality code and project documentation.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in Generative AI and actively seek to apply new techniques and models to enhance project outcomes.
  • Understand and adhere to ethical considerations in AI development, ensuring that projects align with ethical standards and societal values.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a solid foundation in programming, data structures, algorithms, and OOP.
  • 2-4 years of experience in software development, with proficiency in Java or Python.
  • Experience or strong interest in working with Generative AI models and understanding their integration into software applications.
  • Familiarity with data handling and pre-processing techniques for various data types and formats.
  • Knowledge of software engineering fundamentals, including version control systems, testing, modularity, and documentation.
  • An innovative mindset with a willingness to explore new technologies and approaches in the field of Generative AI.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
