Position: Senior ReactJS Developer (MT512ST RM 3550)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ReactJS Developer to join our dynamic team at Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ReactJS and a passion for building high quality web applications. You will be responsible for developing user friendly interfaces and collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop responsive web applications using ReactJS.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement modern design principles.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Debug and troubleshoot application issues as they arise.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to ReactJS.

Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and other services.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong proficiency in ReactJS and its core principles.

Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.

Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.

Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with TypeScript.

Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Experience with server side rendering and frameworks like

Understanding of web performance optimization techniques.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5 to 12 years of professional experience in web development with a focus on ReactJS.

Proven track record of delivering high quality software solutions.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
