Role Overview:
We are seeking motivated and well-connected
Sales Agents
to promote and sell our cosmetic chemical products. This is a commission-based role, ideal for individuals with industry contacts, strong sales acumen, and the drive to generate business in the cosmetic and personal care sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients in the cosmetic and personal care industry.
- Promote our range of cosmetic chemicals and address client requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with formulators, manufacturers, and R&D teams.
- Negotiate deals, coordinate with the company for quotations, and close sales.
- Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitor updates.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in
chemical trading, cosmetics, personal care, or pharma ingredients
sales is preferred. - Strong professional network in the cosmetic/chemical sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic understanding of cosmetic formulations and raw materials is a plus.
Compensation:
- Commission-based earnings: Agents will receive
