
Partnership & Alliance - Credit Relationship Manager

1. Partner Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Conduct mandatory monthly visits to partner offices to review performance and address concerns.
- Drive cross-sell opportunities and deepen engagement within the partner ecosystem.
2. Credit & Portfolio Oversight
- Monitor assigned credit portfolio to maintain quality in line with benchmarks.
- Review partner portfolio performance regularly and provide insights for improvement.
- Ensure timely escalation of potential risks or process gaps.
3. Process & Operational Excellence
- Ensure adherence to partner-specific processes, delivering within agreed TAT.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (credit, collections, operations) for seamless execution.
- Support the partner onboarding process with relevant data, MIS, and analysis.
4. Risk Management (Support Function)
- Coordinate with partner teams for follow-ups on WIP/SUD (Special Under Dues) cases.
- Support prompt collection actions where necessary, while keeping the focus on relationship continuity.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI sector with exposure to credit/partner management.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder handling skills.
- Good understanding of credit processes, portfolio monitoring, and MIS.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MIS).
- Ability to manage multiple partner accounts simultaneously.
