NH360 Solutions is a growing company providing FASTag services and building a strong network of agents, dealers, and partners across India. We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team and help us build and manage a strong workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR):

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and performance tracking.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
  • Support management in workforce planning.

Administration:

  • Oversee office administration and day-to-day operations.
  • Handle documentation, reports, and coordination with internal teams.
  • Manage vendor coordination and basic office expenses.

Social Media Management:

  • Create and post engaging content on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Handle job postings, updates, and brand promotions online.
  • Coordinate with the marketing/sales team for digital campaigns.

Requirements

  • Graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR / Admin / Social Media (Freshers with good skills can also apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and basic HR processes.
  • Familiarity with social media posting, Canva/creative tools preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
