A Mobile Store Manager oversees the daily operations of a retail store specializing in mobile devices and accessories. This role combines leadership, sales, inventory management, and customer service to ensure the store meets its business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales & Revenue Management: Achieve and exceed sales targets, develop strategies to drive revenue, and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure an exceptional customer experience by responding promptly to inquiries and complaints, training staff on customer service best practices, and fostering a customer-centric environment.
  • Staff Management & Development: Recruit, train, and manage sales associates, conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and create a productive team culture.
  • Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers for restocking, conduct regular stock audits, and manage product displays to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Operational & Financial Management: Handle daily cash management, ensure accurate reconciliation and reporting, oversee store opening and closing procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Marketing & Merchandising: Implement promotional strategies, manage in-store marketing campaigns, optimize store layout for better product visibility, and collaborate with regional or head office for brand alignment and promotional support.
  • Reporting & Insights: Generate daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for senior management, provide insights into customer preferences, market trends, and inventory needs, and contribute ideas for promotional events and new product launches.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications :
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a retail management role, preferably in mobile or consumer electronics.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree in business or related f ield is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
