Our team is looking for a Technical Lead to join our Operations Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) group to design, develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks & tools in alignment with business goals.

As a Technical Lead / Architect, we look forward to your working along side project PMs, Business SME's, other testing and development teams to ensure highest quality test automation for our business and stakeholders to accelerate testing

Description
This is a technical leadership role for individuals who thrive in architecting solutions, driving engineering best practices, and mentoring high-performance teams.

The ideal candidate will have an outstanding blend of technical expertise, program management skills, and a business mindset along with strong team leadership skills.

Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of core development experience with 3+ years in technical leadership or architect role.
BE / BTech in Computer Science or IT from a reputed school
Certifications in test automation tools and frameworks

Preferred Qualifications
Expert in Java/Python, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and microservices architecture.
Solid experience with system design, API design, event-driven systems, and data modeling.
Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Working experience in Continuous Integration concepts (CI/CD) and streamlined delivery of code
Familiarity with software/testing methodologies such as TDD and Performance
Exposure to test automation tools like Selenium , Rest Assured, Work-soft etc
Experience with distributed systems, caching, and performance tuning.
Excellent communication across project and management teams.
