Shift: US Shift ( 7pm to 4am)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise( 4-6 years of experience) in Accounting, Budgeting, Accounts Payable (AP), and Financial Reporting, with the ability to independently manage month-end activities and support financial planning processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable & Vendor Management

Manage end-to-end AP processes including invoice booking and payment processing.

Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Conduct AP aging analysis and ensure timely payments.

  • Budgeting & Forecasting

Prepare annual budgets and quarterly financial forecasts.

Support business leaders with financial insights, variance analysis, and cost monitoring.

  • Financial Reporting

Prepare monthly financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.

Compile monthly MIS reports and dashboards for management review.

Ensure accuracy in month-end closing activities including accruals, provisions, and vendor-related entries.

  • Compliance & Controls

Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal control procedures.

Support audits and provide required financial data and documentation.

  • Analysis & Planning

Conduct cost analysis and expense management to support financial planning.

Provide data-driven insights to improve financial efficiency and support decision-making.

Required Skills & Competencies
  • Qualification - Under graduation in Commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, AP processes, and financial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience( 4 to 6 years) with Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, dashboards).
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Tally or Business Central.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict timelines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
