About the Role

We're looking for a
Financial Analyst
with a strong grasp of
capital markets, derivatives, and trading strategies
.

You'll work closely with our
Business Analysis, Trading, and Technology
teams to interpret market data, analyze strategy performance, and help modernize trading systems using
AI-driven analytics and automation
.

futures, options, vega, theta, arbitrage, and hedging

What You'll Do

  • Analyze
    trading strategies and market data
    to evaluate live and simulated performance.
  • Work with BAs and developers to
    translate financial logic into configurable system parameters
    .
  • Study
    derivative instruments
    — futures, options, ETFs — and link them to strategy legs and risk metrics.
  • Build or validate
    PnL, Greeks (Delta, Gamma, Theta, Vega)
    , and hedging effectiveness calculations.
  • Contribute to
    AI-based modernization projects
    that automate insights and improve trading intelligence.
  • Assist in developing
    dashboards and reporting frameworks
    for trader- and strategy-level analytics.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance
    pricing models, liquidity tools, and order execution logic
    .

What You'll Bring

  • Strong understanding of
    derivatives (futures, options, ETFs)
    and
    arbitrage or volatility trading
    concepts.
  • Solid quantitative and analytical mindset; ability to reason through financial data.
  • Proficiency in
    Excel
    ; familiarity with
    Python or data-visualization tools
    is a plus.
  • Awareness of
    exchange mechanisms and capital-market structure
    .
  • Curiosity to explore
    AI applications in trading and financial analysis
    .
  • Calm, structured thinking and composure under fast-paced, high-pressure conditions.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in
    proprietary trading, quant research, or HFT
    environments.
  • Exposure to
    PnL attribution, risk metrics, or performance dashboards
    .
  • Basic understanding of
    how trading systems operate
    (order flow, latency, middleware).

Education

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate in
    Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics
    .
  • Certifications such as
    NISM (Derivatives / Capital Markets)

    CFA (Level 1/2)
