Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a UI/UX Designer based in Surat. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing user interfaces, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, as well as enhancing user experience through user research and usability testing. The designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to deliver creative and user-focused design solutions that align with product objectives and user needs.

Qualifications

  • Proficient skills in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software
  • Experience in creating user-centered designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
  • Strong knowledge in user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback to improve designs
  • Familiarity with responsive design principles and best practices for mobile and web applications
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar role or a strong portfolio showcasing design projects is an advantage
