Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a UI/UX Designer. The responsibilities include designing engaging user interfaces, creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups, conducting user research, and employing design strategy techniques to improve user experience. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver visually appealing and user-centric designs, ensuring ease of navigation and functionality within digital platforms.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in User Interface (UI) Design and User Experience (UX) principles, with strong skills in creating intuitive, user-centric designs.
  • Proven experience in Visual Design and creating Mockups that align with client goals and brand identity.
  • Basic knowledge of Front-End Development concepts to collaborate effectively with development teams.
  • Understanding and ability to conduct User Research to inform design decisions and improve usability.
  • Advanced skills in relevant design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or similar software.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for working closely with clients and team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
