1. Quality Planning & Standards

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes in line with ISO, or customer-specific standards.
  • Define inspection standards, sampling plans, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and related documentation (where applicable).

2. Process & Product Quality

  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with specifications and drawings.
  • Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and dimensional verification.
  • Validate process capability (Cp, Cpk) and drive continuous improvements.

3. Auditing & Compliance

  • Conduct internal audits (process, system, product) and support external/customer audits.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Maintain documentation and records traceability.

4. Non-Conformance & Corrective Actions

  • Identify and document non-conforming material.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using tools such as 5-Why, Fishbone, or 8D.
  • Implement and verify corrective/preventive actions.

5. Measurement & Testing

  • Ensure calibration of measuring instruments.
  • Develop testing procedures and validation methods.
  • Analyse test data and prepare quality reports.

6. Customer Interface

  • Handle customer complaints and quality concerns.
  • Provide technical support and maintain communication regarding product quality.
  • Participate in customer audits and product approval processes.
