Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Problem Manager with a strong background in trend analysis and proactive problem management. The ideal candidate will identify root causes of incidents, implement preventive measures, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights. Should possess at least 13 years of hands-on IT Service Management (ITSM) experience, including Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management, with strong proficiency in ServiceNow.

This role involves identifying the root causes of incidents, implementing solutions to prevent recurrence, and continuously improving the overall service quality. The Problem Manager works closely with various teams to ensure that problems are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Experienced 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•    Experience in leading projects involving trend analysis, analyzing recurring issues

•    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

•    Knowledge of ITSM best practices
