Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Finance/PPM Principal Consultant with strong functional expertise, excellent communication skills, and proven client-facing experience. The ideal candidate will lead Oracle Fusion implementations and support engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance and PPM implementations.
  • Engage with clients to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and provide strategic guidance.
  • Configure and customize Oracle Fusion modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and PPM.
  • Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and training documentation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and reporting.
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance and PPM modules.
  • Hands-on experience in at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lead workshops and drive solution design.
  • Professional certification in Oracle Cloud Financials is a plus.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) preferred.
