Working Hours:

US time (the candidate will work during UAE hours for the initial training period of a few months)

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of architectural experience; proficiency in written and spoken English; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Associate with the ability to read and understand architectural drawings, familiarity with project stages, and strong English communication skills. The candidate will assist with the preparation of proposals and related project documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Review project and RFP documents, including drawings and supporting materials.
  • Develop proposals and project plans.
  • Prepare project-related documents (resumes, qualification statements, etc.).
  • Manage incoming and outgoing requests efficiently.
  • Maintain an accurate proposal database.
  • Coordinate with project teams.
  • Follow up on submitted proposals as necessary.
  • Support project tasks as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
