Marketing & Communication Executive at Andheri east in Mumbai

Job Description:
Qualification: Any Graduate, MBA Marketing preferred
Experience: 2 to 5 years in marketing, digital media combined with a passion for IT is essential. Events experience will be a bonus.
Work location: Andheri east in Mumbai
Responsibilities for marketing activity for the India & Middle East markets
Coordinating efforts to ensure that campaigns are completed.
Coordinating with Interns and agencies providing direction and clarification, as needed.
Researching and brainstorming each stage of the project.
Delegating assignments to members of the graphics and advertising/digital agency, as needed.
Coordination of all promotional activities
Preparing and maintaining all promotional materials
Researching new market opportunities
Work closely with the CRM and other inter department team to ensure a synergy of activity exists across the entire organization
Maintain a file on key competitor marketing activity
Maintain "leading edge" awareness on market developments, promotions, materials and technology etc.
To co-ordinate, manage and support the daily marketing functions and initiatives within the company, identifying new customer and business opportunities within India & Middle east markets
Have a positive, proactive 'can do' attitude
Have personal and professional credibility
Be confident, dynamic and creative
Have experience in working to tight deadlines
Have an ability to priorities and a high attention for detail
Have excellent organization skills
Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Be a team player and willing to step outside the role when required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Interest in B2B marketing
Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability
Ability to multi-task & Proven ability to think creatively
Clarity of thought, learning mindset, Problem Solving, Result-focussed, Detailed-Oriented
Excellent computer skills including the MS Office Suite particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop is a plus
