A Creative Director to lead the B2B copy team. This role demands smart creativity for everything from B2B branding to marketing videos, websites and employer branding campaigns.

Job Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Winning pitches and crafting unique brands, campaigns, content and experiences
  • Wow audiences with creativity
  • Mentoring and developing a team of great writers
  • Collaborating with design, strategy, client servicing, technology, project management and production teams to bring ideas to life
  • In-tune with AI development and AI usage for your craft

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in a creative or integrated agency, with a strong focus on B2B branding and communications
  • Proven track record in crafting and delivering exciting creative solutions for funded startups and global enterprises in tech, energy, mobility, manufacturing, consulting, etc.
  • Strong understanding of global B2B audiences, particularly in native-English speaking markets (US, UK, ANZ)
  • Ample exposure to the entire range of B2B brand, corporate and employer branding communications
  • Excellent briefing, editing, hiring, curation, delegation and training skills
  • Great time-management and quick turnaround
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and rapport building skills
  • Process-oriented
  • Handles multiple projects and timelines with clarity and calm
  • Curious, research-driven, and up to date with B2B branding and communication trends
