- Minimum 1 year of experience into US Bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Review closed loan packages for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with U.S. Bank and investor requirements.
- Verify the presence and accuracy of critical post-closing documents, including the Note, Deed of Trust/Mortgage, Closing Disclosure, and final title policy.
- Ensure all signatures, dates, and notarizations are complete and correct.
- Track and obtain any missing or corrected documents from settlement agents, title companies, or loan officers.
- Prepare and deliver complete loan files to investors or custodians within established timelines.
- Record and monitor the return of recorded security instruments and final title policies.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure loans meet investor and regulatory standards prior to funding or sale.
- Reconcile funding and closing documentation for loan accuracy.
- Collaborate with secondary marketing, funding, and servicing teams to resolve any post-closing issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in the loan origination and imaging systems.
- Adhere to all applicable federal and state lending regulations, including TRID, RESPA, and HMDA requirements.
- HR, Assessment, Ops and client round.
