Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced GST Executive / GST Specialist who will be responsible for managing all GST-related matters, tax filings, and compliance for our manufacturing operations. The role requires sound knowledge of indirect taxation and experience in working with GST returns, refunds, and departmental coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual GST Return Data for all the registered GSTINs of the company and filing of all the applicable GST returns.
  • Filing of GST Refund applications (for IGST paid on export of services and goods and Excess GST Cash Ledger Balance)
  • Prepare data and working for GST Notices, scrutiny, demand order and submit to the GST department, manage and liaison with GST departments
  • Manage the E-Invoice and E-way bill compliances
  • Any other work management may deem fit

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    M.Com / CA Inter / CA (Chartered Accountant)

  • Experience:

    3 to 10 years of relevant experience in GST compliance, preferably in a CA Firm or manufacturing or biopharma/pharma company.

  • Skills & Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of GST laws and indirect taxation
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
