**Key Responsibilities**:
1. GST Compliance and Filing:

- Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, etc.) within prescribed deadlines.
- Reconciliation of GSTR-2A/2B and books of accounts.
- Managing Input Tax Credit (ITC) claims and ensuring adherence to GST laws.

2. GST Advisory Services:

- Providing guidance to clients on GST applicability, tax planning, and structuring.
- Advising on GST rates and exemptions for various goods and services.

3. GST Audits:

- Assisting in GST audits, reviews, and assessments conducted by tax authorities.
- Preparation of replies to notices and queries from the GST Department.

4. Client Management:

- Coordinating with clients to collect necessary data and ensure compliance.
- Addressing client queries regarding GST and related issues.

5. Taxation Support:

- Assisting in tax impact analysis for clients under GST regulations.
- Keeping clients updated on changes in GST laws and rules.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintaining proper records and documentation for GST filings and audits.
- Generating periodic reports for management and clients.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:
1. **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

2. **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in GST compliance, advisory, and audits in a CA Firm
- Relevant experience to handle GST Monthly Compliances and Annual Returns independently

3. **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in using GST filing portals, Tally, and other accounting software.
- Knowledge of reconciliation tools and MS Excel.

4. Other Skills:

- Strong understanding of GST laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
