Job Title: Store Manager

Pay: ₹500, ₹700,000.00 per year

Location: Sarath City CApital Mall, Hyderabad

Reports To: Head of Retail – BANANA CLUB

Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our team and oversee the

daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail

management, a passion for men's fashion, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer

service. The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, ensuring a high

level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Customer Service:

  2. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

  3. Foster a customer-centric environment, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through

excellent service.

  • Implement and maintain high standards of visual merchandising to optimize sales.

  • Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and develop store staff, ensuring all team members are knowledgeable about

products and brand values.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

  • Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.

  • Store Operations:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

  • Manage inventory levels, perform regular stock checks, and handle deliveries and stock

replenishment.

  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

  • Financial Management:

  • Manage the store's budget, expenses, and payroll to maximize profitability.

  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Customer Engagement:

  • Build and maintain a loyal customer base through proactive clientele and excellent service.

  • Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

  • Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role, preferably in the

fashion industry.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to drive sales and achieve targets.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.

  • Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
