Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dwarka for a Telemarketer. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves effectively communicating the benefits of our programs, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our offerings, and accurately recording client information and interactions in the company's database.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Experience with Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service
• Proven Sales skills and ability to meet targets
• Excellent telephone etiquette and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
