Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end stamping production operations (press shop, tooling, dies, progressive stamping, blanking).
  • Plan and execute daily production schedules as per customer demand while ensuring quality, cost, and delivery targets (QCD).
  • Monitor OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), downtime, and take corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with Tool Room, Maintenance, and Quality teams for smooth production flow.
  • Manage manpower allocation, training, and skill development of operators and team leaders.
  • Drive process improvements, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and Lean Manufacturing practices in the stamping shop.
  • Ensure safety compliance and implement safety practices in stamping operations.
  • Optimize usage of raw material, reduce rejection/wastage, and maintain productivity.
  • Prepare production reports, MIS, and cost-saving initiatives for management review.
  • Handle customer audits, internal audits (ISO/TS/IATF), and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Experience :

9-13 yrs Relevant Experience

Qualification:

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineeering

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹80,000.00 per month
