to drive innovation in our next-generation trading platforms. You'll build intelligent, data-backed, and intuitive trading experiences for retail and active traders who use options as part of their strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a Vision
  • Craft a clear and compelling product vision for Options Trading that aligns with Kotak Neo's strategic goals. Define near- and long-term initiatives to scale the platform and enhance trader engagement.
  • Design Tools & Journeys
  • Develop high-impact tools and experiences for options traders — from seamless strategy builders and payoff analyzers to real-time risk dashboards and execution insights.
  • Execute with Excellence
  • Translate user insights and data into actionable product requirements. Write hypotheses, define success metrics, and lead cross-functional teams through ideation, development, and release cycles.
  • Own Product KPIs
  • Take ownership of key success metrics such as activation rate, trade conversion, retention, and user engagement across the options trading segment.
  • Collaborate for Impact
  • Work closely with design, engineering, growth, and research teams to deliver features that delight users and create measurable business outcomes. Partner with trading, compliance, and data teams to ensure a secure and robust experience.

Desired Candidature

  • Minimum
    2+ years of experience
    as a Product Manager in fintech, broking, or capital markets.
  • Strong understanding of
    Options trading concepts
    — including greeks, strategies, execution flow, and margin mechanics.
  • Proven ability to convert user problems into intuitive trading solutions.
  • A
    data-driven mindset
    with the ability to define and measure KPIs effectively.
  • Exposure to
    trading platforms, OMS/EMS
    , or market data systems is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills.
