Future Shift labs
is an emerging technology global think tank dedicated to work on the intersection of

emerging technologies, governance and digital statecraft. We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic

intern to join our team and contribute to our communications.

Location: Skymark One, Sector-98, Noida

This is a strictly on-site role.

Role and Responsibilities

As an Internal Communications associate , you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and engaging work environment. Your responsibilities will include:

● Internal Communications:

○ Assist in developing and implementing internal communication strategies and plans.

○ Create and distribute engaging internal newsletters, emails, and announcements.

○ Manage and maintain the company's internal communication channels (e.g.,trello, Slack).

○ Coordinate for social media posting.

● Events:

○ Assist in the planning and execution of company-wide events, such as online webinar, talks, conferences, and workshops.

○ Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and guest list coordination, marketing and promotional efforts.

Qualifications

● Pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills.

● Excellent organizational and time management skills.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

● Experience with content management systems and social media platforms is a plus.

● A passion for technology and innovation.
