ROLEPURPOSE & OBJECTIVE

Thisrole drives the Banks operational efficiency byconsistently driving teams productivity and achievingproductivity benchmarks. Along with its team of BDE,AAM and AM, this role isresponsible for sale of banks products.

Thisrole is also important to cultivate networks and partnershipstoward existing Current account and Savings account customers andconsistently work on Customers retention.

Hence,the role incumbent executes action plans on how best to manageCustomer Portfolios of existing accounts and to generate newcustomers.

Therole incumbent is highly oriented to Customer Service, takesownership of all customer issues, proactively identifies possibleissue and brings any open customer complaint to closure.

Thisrole is accountable to bring superior and efficientoperationalization of processes on - Account opening, FixedDeposits, etc.

KEYDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

Businessand customer

  1. Crosssell of liability, investment and asset products to both existingand NTB customers.
  2. Generatereferrals from internal base and ensure customer service issuesare addressed.
  3. Generateand review reports and file them accordingly.
  4. Administerand ensure compliance to all sales practices in branch.
  5. Meetthe business targets and identify sales opportunities.
  6. Generateleads for new business and customers.
  7. Prepareand analyze branch profitability.
  8. Hiringof sales resources and providing them with the requisite trainingand handholding them.
  9. Self-sourcingbusiness basis opportunity and potential.

Customer

  1. Ensureseamless on-boarding experience for customers.
  2. Ensuringbest in class TAT and processing standards.
  3. Ensuringthat any service complaints are resolved in a timely manner.
  4. Profilingcustomers and providing them with the right product.
  5. Competitorwatch and give relevant suggestion and feedback to constantlyimprovise products in-tune with the market.

Internalprocess

  1. Builda strong team.
  2. Workingtowards eliminating bottlenecks in the process and rejuvenatingthe customer journey with Ujjivan.
  3. Timelytraining of team members so as to ensure product knowledge,change in processes are communicated in a timely mannerdownwards.

  • Graduation/MBA

  • 5to 6 years of experience with 2+ years of core retail banking experience.
