About the Role

We are looking for skilled
Automation QA Engineers
with strong
Salesforce testing experience
to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of QA methodologies, automation frameworks, and Salesforce Clouds, ensuring our Salesforce ecosystem is reliable, scalable, and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    automation test scripts
    using
    Selenium
    within Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments.
  • Develop and execute
    test plans, test cases, and test scripts
    for Salesforce
    Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and eCommerce Cloud.
  • Perform
    functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
    for Salesforce solutions and workflows.
  • Utilize Salesforce testing tools such as
    Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, and Workbench
    for validation and data management.
  • Identify, document, and track
    defects
    using standard QA processes and tools; collaborate with development teams for quick resolution.
  • Verify
    data integrity
    and perform
    data validation
    across multiple Salesforce Clouds and integrated systems.
  • Test
    custom Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
    to ensure compliance with business and technical requirements.
  • Participate in
    release planning
    ,
    sprint reviews
    , and
    retrospectives
    to ensure QA best practices are followed.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–8 years
    of hands-on experience in QA and test automation.
  • Strong experience in
    Salesforce application testing
    (Sales, Service, Marketing, eCommerce Clouds).
  • Proficiency in
    Selenium WebDriver
    ,
    TestNG/JUnit
    , and automation frameworks.
  • Knowledge of
    Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, Workbench
    , and related Salesforce testing tools.
  • Experience in
    Agile/Scrum
    environments and
    DevOps
    workflows (CI/CD).
  • Solid understanding of
    Salesforce data model, configurations, and integrations
    .
  • Ability to identify process gaps, document test cases, and maintain high-quality test deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
