Role Overview

At Growffic, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. SEO Executive to join our SEO team. The primary focus of this role will be link building activities such as guest posting, link insertions, outreach communication, and managing publisher relationships.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, especially off-page SEO, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute link building strategies including guest posting, link insertions, and resource page outreach.
  • Identify high-quality websites for link opportunities based on SEO metrics and relevance.
  • Manage and track outreach communications with publishers, bloggers, and webmasters.
  • Coordinate content requirements for guest posts and ensure timely delivery.
  • Evaluate link quality using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.
  • Maintain updated reports of acquired links and outreach progress.
  • Assist the SEO team with additional off-page and on-page tasks as needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO and link building best practices.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of SEO basics, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
  • Knowledge of off-page SEO and link building techniques.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
  • Strong written communication skills for outreach emails.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple link building campaigns.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-growing agency environment.
