About The Role

You will build and scale either:

  • A new market (distribution + retail + e-commerce engine), or
  • A new business unit (category thesis + P&L + GTM + growth loops)

This is a full ownership role with a path to Business Unit Lead / Country Head.

What You'll Do

Define

  • Understand the category and market structure
  • Decide where we win and how we defend
  • Build the P&L and commercial model

Prove

  • Lead first wins yourself
  • Show reorder velocity and healthy unit economics

Systematize

  • Convert what works into SOPs, dashboards, talent roles, and operating rhythm

Scale

  • Build and lead the team
  • Step into the
    BU Lead / Country Head

Who You Are

  • Former Founder / Early Operator, or someone who has owned revenue directly
  • Hands-on, structured thinker, commercially sharp
  • Thrives in 0→1 and 1→N environments—moves fast with clarity
  • Communicates simply and leads with accountability
