Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to help develop and implement marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical, and passionate about marketing trends and data.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.

Develop content for promotional materials, advertisements, emails, and social media posts.

Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external vendors for campaign execution.

Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.

Support event planning, trade shows, and product launches.

Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.

Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in a marketing role (freshers with strong internships may also apply).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).

Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, etc.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with B2B or B2C marketing campaigns.

Knowledge of content creation tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp).

Proficiency in regional or additional languages (if applicable).
