1 Assurance of timely task completion in accordance to overall project goals (budget, quality, schedule) 2 Preparation of Project team chart & approval 3 Prepare & release Gate check tracking check list ( as per GPCS process) and close gate as per  schedule 4 Define & get approval of Project QCD KPI 5 Project kick-off standard presentation 6 Track open issue list & time bond action plan. 7 Project risk initiation check list 8 Project risk management- specific project risk action plan9 Prepare Project schedule report 10 Project Meeting calender. 11 Prepare Concept budget & approval 12 Prepare Minutes of meeting and release for every project activity13 Information as per package list 14 Prepare Feasibility approval by team member 15 Maintain Lesson learnt reports 16 Gate release approvals & TC task realising & Closing on time. 17 Ensure SOP readiness as per time plan  18 Pre series delivery schedule & tracker  19 Release Supplier schedule updates  20 Packaging design approval by customer 21 Gestamp industrial KPIS  22 Update Project status timely to senior management  23 Attain customer meeting to understand requirements. Also timely up dation of project status to Customer   24 Weld shop Layout preparation 25 Projection welding type study and selection the type of process 26 Build parts production and deliver on time at supplier end27 SOP readiness or Launch Readiness as per GAI Standard28 PFMEA preparation support with CFT29 Intenal & External 2DP Protocall Preparation & Power Test Planing & Execution30 AEKO Time Line & Implementation.
