We're Hiring: Sales Manager at 11Cowork
11Cowork is looking for a Sales Executive to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and contribute to our brand's marketing and sales strategies. If you have a strong background in sales, marketing, and client management, this role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing industry.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Handle sales calls using MyOperator and manage client inquiries.
Occasionally visit 11Cowork spaces (Baner, Aundh, Hinjewadi, Pimple Saudagar) to attend to key clients.
Analyze ad performance, maintain data reports, and present bi-weekly insights.
Work with operations to maintain client data and ensure structured follow-ups.
Create client quotations as needed and maintain a database of potential future project locations.
Follow up on client payments and ensure seamless communication.
*Requirements:*
Previous sales experience in real estate, marketing, hospitality, or event management is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Excel, including revenue calculations and reporting.
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi and Marathi is an advantage.
Strong client management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate with the operations team to manage client lists and seating arrangements.
