  • Understand the requirements, build, and fine-tune LLM-powered Gen AI assistants and other features for specific industry workflows and user needs
  • Use frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex, and RAG pipelines to build assistants grounded in private/business data
  • Develop intelligent prompt strategies, few-shot examples, and persona models for assistant behavior
  • Integrate AI assistants into web/mobile apps, chat interfaces, or enterprise tool
  • Experiment with open and commercial LLMs (e.g., GPT-4o, Claude, Mistral, LLaMA, Gemini)
  • Design and manage vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant) for context-aware retrieval
  • Implement LLMOps practices including monitoring, prompt versioning, evaluation, and A/B testing
  • Collaborate with frontend Engineers, UI/UX designers and product managers to ship intelligent and user-friendly experiences
  • Work on multi-modal assistants (text + vision + audio) where applicable
  • Ensure security, ethical use, and performance monitoring of AI-powered features
  • Stay updated with the latest in LLMs, agentic frameworks, and multi-modal GenAI trends
Qualification:
  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML techniques, algorithms, and frameworks.
  • 4+ years of software engineering or AI/ML development experience, with 2 year hands-on experience building applications with LLMs or GenAI frameworks
  • Proficiency in Python and API frameworks like FastAPI or Flask
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector stores, and prompt engineering
  • Experience with GCP cloud platforms
  • Experience with data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work independently and with a team.
