We're looking for a Senior Ad Strategist to lead high-impact paid media campaigns across digital platforms. The role combines technical excellence, strategic ownership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive measurable growth for clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesFirst 30 Days – Strategic Onboarding & Alignment
Gain in-depth understanding of the organization's performance marketing frameworks, playbooks, and campaign systems.
Learn how AI, automation, and analytics integrate into performance marketing.
Collaborate with business and consulting teams to align on client goals and strategies.
Audit existing campaigns to identify quick-win optimizations and performance gaps.
Participate in strategic planning sessions for active and upcoming accounts.
Take full ownership of paid media execution across assigned client accounts.
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across channels—primarily Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and additionally Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Implement advanced testing, segmentation, bid, and budget optimization strategies.
Leverage automation and AI tools to improve performance and efficiency.
Guide and mentor junior team members by reviewing their work and providing feedback.
Lead full-funnel paid media strategies, aligning them with client business objectives.
Develop scalable playbooks, tracking systems, and performance reporting frameworks.
Collaborate with creative, analytics, and technology teams to launch data-driven initiatives.
Contribute to thought leadership by introducing innovative testing ideas and frameworks.
Play a key role in evolving the paid media function and mentoring future leaders.
Hands-on Paid Media Expertise:
3–6 years of deep, hands-on experience managing and scaling high-budget campaigns (especially Facebook/Meta Ads).
Exposure to other channels like Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn is a plus.Analytical & Optimization Skills:
Strong ability to interpret campaign data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions to enhance performance.Technical Knowledge:
Working understanding of tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion APIs.
Ability to troubleshoot tracking and attribution setups across platforms.Communication & Collaboration:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Capable of translating technical performance insights for non-technical stakeholders and clients.
Experience with marketing automation or AI-driven campaign management tools.
Basic understanding of scripting/coding for automation or optimization.
Engineering or technical educational background.
Prior experience mentoring or leading junior paid media professionals.
3–6 years in digital performance marketing within mid-sized agencies (100–700 employees).
Proven experience managing complex, high-value client accounts.
Exposure to fast-paced, high-accountability agency environments.
4–5 rounds, including:
One in-office discussion
One assignment round
Additional technical and strategy discussions
