Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage client relationships, oversee accounts, and ensure smooth business operations. The role involves coordinating with clients, preparing reports, managing financial records, and supporting the sales and operations team to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations including invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and account reconciliations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, HR, operations) to deliver client requirements.
  • Track account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0- 1 years of experience as an Account Executive, Accountant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (Tally/ERP preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Salary: 14000 to 16000
