Executive Support

  • Manage the CEOs calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prioritize and filter communications (emails, calls, correspondence) to optimize CEOs time.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and minutes for meetings.
  • Track and follow up on action items, ensuring deadlines are met.

Business & Strategic Support

  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and synthesize data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Liaise with senior leadership, Board members, and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Assist in preparation for Board meetings, leadership reviews, and investor discussions.

Project & Program Management

  • Lead and manage special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by the CEO.
  • Develop project plans, set milestones, monitor progress, and ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver on project objectives.
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular updates to the CEO.

Operational Excellence

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of CEO-led initiatives.
  • Support in monitoring business priorities, projects, and key performance indicators.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Other Duties

  • Anticipate operational needs and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Provide ad-hoc support for organizational projects and events.
