About Us

CHESS KLUB is one of the fastest-growing international chess academies with students across the globe. With our innovative curriculum, engaging classes, and professional coaching, we aim to nurture young minds, instill discipline, and create future chess champions.

We are expanding our team in
Chennai
and are looking for passionate and dedicated Chess Coaches to join us at our offline centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person chess classes for kids and beginners to advanced learners at the CHESS KLUB centre.
  • Deliver structured lessons using CHESS KLUB's curriculum and teaching methodology.
  • Prepare students for tournaments, both internal and external.
  • Encourage students to think critically, solve puzzles, and develop game strategies.
  • Assess student performance and provide regular feedback to parents.
  • Assist in organizing tournaments, workshops, and chess events at the centre.
  • Maintain discipline, ensure an engaging classroom environment, and uphold CHESS KLUB's teaching standards.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of chess fundamentals, strategies, and tournament rules.
  • Previous experience in teaching or coaching chess (preferred).
  • Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
  • Ability to handle kids and maintain an interactive and motivating atmosphere.
  • FIDE rating (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Passionate about teaching and mentoring young players.
