Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and data-driven
SEO Content Writer
with a strong understanding of digital content strategy and optimization. The ideal candidate should be skilled in developing SEO-optimized content that aligns with brand tone, drives traffic, and engages the target audience. This role demands strong research capabilities, attention to detail, and a solid grasp of SEO principles, particularly in the
Real Estate
domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Development & Optimization: Create high-quality, well-researched articles, landing pages, and long-form features optimized for SEO while maintaining brand voice and industry-specific editorial standards.
  • Research & Reporting: Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to identify content opportunities and guide data-backed content strategies.
  • Data Collection & Content Planning: Maintain keyword and content databases; analyze performance metrics to plan editorial calendars and long-term strategies.
  • Content Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete content process from ideation to publishing—ensuring stakeholder alignment, SEO integration, and timely delivery with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with SEO, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive implementation of content strategies.
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, content guidelines, and evolving SEO best practices.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Communication Skills: 4/5
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in SEO-optimized content writing
  • Strong understanding of on-page SEO, keyword integration, and content structure
  • Basic to intermediate experience with GA4, GSC, and Ahrefs
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of website structure and basic HTML
  • Excellent research, writing, and proofreading skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Accountability and ownership of deliverables
  • Strong collaboration, adaptability, and eagerness to learn
  • Positive attitude and responsiveness to feedback

Preferred Skills (Good To Have)

  • Familiarity with advanced SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog)
  • Understanding of on-page SEO beyond keywords (metadata, internal linking, schema)
  • Knowledge of E-E-A-T guidelines and content authority principles
  • Ability to write across multi-channel formats – blogs, landing pages, social snippets, and website content
