About Zigrow

Zigrow is building India's first AI-powered website builder, helping businesses create stunning websites in minutes without code. We are looking for a 
UI/UX Designer
 with 1–2 years of experience who can turn ideas into clean, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for Zigrow's platform (web & mobile).
  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and translate insights into design improvements.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize features and workflows.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and brand consistency across products.
  • Test and iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing.
  • Stay updated with UI/UX trends, design principles, and emerging tools.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer (startup/tech/SaaS preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (web or mobile).
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS (optional but good to have).
  • Ability to balance aesthetics with usability and business goals.
  • Strong communication skills to present and explain design decisions.

Tools & Skills

  • Design & Prototyping:
     Figma (primary), Adobe XD, Sketch
  • Graphic Design:
     Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (for quick creatives)
  • Research & Testing:
     Hotjar, Maze, or similar usability testing tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards, or multi-tenant platforms.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
  • Ability to create micro-interactions and motion design for better UX.
