Position: UI/UX Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team, with 1-2 years of Experience to contribute to the creation of user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional interfaces, while furthering their career in the field of UI/UX development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Prototyping: Collaborate with designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups, transforming design concepts into interactive and intuitive user interfaces.

2. Front-end Development: Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement and maintain responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.

3. User-Centred Design: Apply user-centred design principles to understand user needs, conduct usability testing, and refine interfaces to enhance the user experience.

4. Optimization: Continuously optimize user interfaces for performance, speed, and accessibility to provide a smooth user experience.

5. Mobile Responsiveness: Develop mobile-friendly interfaces that adapt to various screen sizes and devices.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, front-end developers, and product managers, to ensure a cohesive and consistent design across the application.

7. Technical Proficiency: Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends and tools to deliver modern and innovative user interfaces.

8. Documentation: Maintain clear and organized documentation of design systems, style guides, and UI patterns for the development team.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related discipline).

2.1-2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design and development.

1. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

2. Familiarity with UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

3. Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development.

4. Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) is a plus.

5. Good communication and collaboration skills.

6. A portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design and development work is highly recommended.

7. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
