Timings: Monday to Sunday (Tuesday Off) 10 A.M. - 7 P.M.
About the Role:
This is a hybrid role combining office management with product demonstration at our premium AV store. You will manage the office's daily administration while also showcasing our audio-video products to walk-in clients. This requires organizational skills along with a polished presence and ability to communicate technical features clearly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, vendor coordination, and administration.
- Support HR tasks like attendance, basic record keeping, and compliance.
- Demonstrate AV products (home cinema, speakers, amplifiers) to clients in the showroom.
- Assist the sales team with client walk-throughs and technical explanations.
- Ensure office and showroom are maintained to premium standards.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation ability.
- Comfort with explaining technical products (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Experience in admin + customer-facing roles is a strong advantage.
